My background before 1998 is in IT and electronics.
Between 1988 and 1994, I worked at both
Hardenhuish
ICT
Dept and Software Style Ltd,
doing Network Management and Software & Electronic Engineering.
I wrote the screensaver (displayed local news) and many utilities, edited
web-similar Teletext systems, and rewrote commercial software. Also user
support & training and wrote an operating system.
At Software Style, I designed software to formal standards, my main achievements being rendering a logo for British Telecom which exceeded their specifications, and an animated one for an in-house EDIstart project.
During the Recession between 1994-1997, I developed as an individual through my social networking skills, and built a parallel processor.
My interests outside work are looking for peace and quiet, confusing cats, Socialising, and Civil Liberties.
